Mumbai, Aug 9th, 2011: Western India Shipyard Ltd (WISL), part of ABG Group and India’s largest composite ship & rig repairer, announced a 27.01% jump inits total income to Rs 3812.13 Lacs for the quarter ended June 30th, 2011 as against Rs 3001.35 Lacs in the same period of last fiscal. Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 456.26 Lacs.

During the year WISL has repaired 10 vessels of Indian flag and foreign flag.
 EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 0.15.
